Lumo was created to bridge the gap between skincare and environmental factors, addressing the limitations of existing apps with poor UX and excessive monetization. By integrating weather data into personalized routines, Lumo provides meaningful insights that empower users to make informed decisions for healthier skin.
Solution
Lumo combines real-time weather updates, like UV levels, with tailored skincare routines and reminders. The app explains the impact of environmental factors on skin health, offering expert guidance and promoting healthier habits.
I directed the design strategy, focusing on creating an intuitive and visually engaging interface. I also mentored two graphic designers on my team, teaching them Figma and guiding them in best practices for crafting effective user interfaces.
